The Bridge Group provided project management services for this client’s tenant improvement projects in San Jose, California. The scope of work for consisted of densification of multiple floors, with the addition of new break rooms as well. The Bridge Group helped this client achieve its goal of reusing as much of the existing spaces and furniture as possible, supplementing with new furniture as needed, and keeping architectural modifications to a minimum. The Bridge Group has since partnered with this client nationally, providing project management services across the United States.
