The Bridge Group has an ongoing contract to provide embedded moves/adds/changes (MAC) coordination for day-to-day operations at this client’s California headquarters. The dedicated team manages multiple vendors, including furniture, A/V, biophilia, IT, and electrical and coordinates with the client’s internal workstreams, security, and real estate teams. In addition to providing embedded MAC coordination personnel, The Bridge Group is managing the reconfiguration and relocation of the 4-story HQ building, which houses 800 employees.
