Beats Music approached us for assistance with converting an 1800s era warehouse in San Francisco’s Dogpatch neighborhood into a modern workspace for 200 employees. This brick-and-timber building threw several challenges at us during the construction management process, including a sloped floor that was originally used to roll barrels from one side of the building to the other. We corrected the slope using a sub-floor so employees could sit on level ground while still preserving the building’s original character.
One of the highlights of this project was the great chemistry of the project team. The people working at Beats Music were really fun and the project team was focused and engaged.
