We will act as your representative to manage the details of your construction while supporting your team and stakeholders. As your project manager, we will manage the following tasks:

  • Help with site selection from constructability and cost perspective
  • Budget and schedule development
  • Team coordination – identify all relevant consultants and stakeholders
  • Risk management – identify project-specific risks and opportunities
  • Identify long lead items and recommend purchasing strategies
  • Vendor selection and procurement
  • Run design and construction coordination meetings
  • Negotiate fees and contracts
  • Ensure compliance with client design standards, requests, and approved project schedule and budget
  • Manage schedule and milestones 
  • Serve as the primary communication link between client, design team and external contractors 
  • Manage external vendors 
  • Facilitate regular meetings with the project team 
  • Communicate and evaluate GC’s concerns 
  • Ensure required design feedback is provided in a timely manner 
  • Evaluate and advise all payment and change requests 
  • Mediate and resolve construction conflicts 
  • Oversee punchlist process 
  • Review and verify closeout documentation 

The seasoned move managers on our team have extensive experience managing projects of varying sizes and degrees of complexity. They have planned and executed hundreds of moves ranging in size and scope from 20-person offices to complicated multi-phased moves involving thousands of people, both regionally and nationally. We focus on detailed planning and thoughtful communication with stakeholders to execute your relocation with minimal disruption to operations so you and your team can focus on your core business.

As your move manager, we will manage the following tasks:

  • Make sure all needs are addressed in the new space
  • Create a timeline identifying action items from various team members, including IT, security, AV, furniture
  • Create a furniture space plan 
  • Manage furniture coordination 
  • Manage the new furniture order
  • Coordinate electrical needs to support the furniture layout and oversee furniture installation
  • Hire and oversee IT, security, and AV vendors
  • Hire and oversee movers 
  • Prepare employees for the move and provide packing instructions
  • Be present during the move and during the first day in the new office
